Sebastien, born in France, is the owner and founding father of SP GenCo. Married for 20+ years and father of 2, he lived on 3 Continents. Seb’s design is deeply influenced by the 35+ countries he visited. His vibrant energy is the driving force of the company.
Patrick, was born in France and is one of Masterminds behind all our projects. He acquired a ton of knowledge in the undoubtedly toughest code there is out there, California where he lived for 30+ years with his wife and son.
Andres is our landscaping specialist. Taking care of grass is more than just mowing. His passion for trees and flowers made him the most appreciated landscaper in our company.
We actively manage the budget development process, provide timely input and method alternatives, and monitor the availability of materials and compatibility of costs.
